I went to a few other paintless dent removal places/body shops but all of them thought the damage was so much that the entire tailgate had to be replaced before I eventually discovered PCH on Reddit. Igor fixed the dents on my Model Y within a few hours. Pricing was reasonable and the entire process was quick and seamless. The repairs were near perfect and I’m pretty happy with the result.

I would highly recommend Igor at PCH Dent Repair to anybody looking for this type of service! His shop is very clean, I had a fantastic experience and the quality of his work is the best I've seen. I brought an Audi S3 in to have a dent removed from the front fender (size of a Kiwi). The repair was so good, you can't tell it was even there. That prompted me to bring my 911 back for a dimple about the (size of a dime). Again, the same flawless result. What can I say, I'm very impressed and this isn't the type of work you can take to anybody. Somebody who's unskilled could possibly make something look worse. The cost was very reasonable and it was worth every penny. I'll be using Igor for all my repairs in the future.

Igor is the man. I have a 50th anniversary mustang that is my weekend car.I had a ding from the car wash. I was told by the another specialist that it couldn’t be fix and I would have to go to a body shop. I was really bummed. Then speaking with a friend about my situation. He told me that if anybody can fix it, it would be Igor. So i had texted Igor a pic and info and he quickly replied with an estimate and he advised me that he wasn’t sure if he could fix but to bring it on by so he can look at it. This review is going to be a bit long because I want to do justice to this business. I hope you will take the time to read and refer this business to others as well. Igor, the owner of PCH Dent Repair (and also One Spot Auto), met with me briefly the same day I called him when he was on the way to a job from another. He said on the spot that the damage is fairly severe, too big for him to fix at my home. He said that he was willing to try to fix it though it was going to be a challenge but that I would have to bring the car to his shop in Carlsbad. He gave me a reasonable and competitive estimate for the repair. What was incredible is that Igor said that he will not charge anything if he sees that the damage is beyond the scope of paint-less dent repair services. I was a bit skeptical driving up to Carlsbad not knowing if he works at a legit shop.What I saw and experienced is beyond words—a beautiful well-maintained shop shared by three partners (Freddy, CJ who owns DoneRightDips) who work synergistically to help each other, superb customer service and an atmosphere of complete transparency in the work they do. Unfortunately, it was determined that the damage on my car would require the services of a body shop which I was trying to avoid because I prefer less pollution and waste in the interest of preserving our planet. It turns out that Igor has the same principles which is why he is in this business. Not only, true to his words, did he not charge me anything for his time to assess if the problem is fixable, they offered me drinks and a place to sit in their office while I waited. They even allowed me to observe them in action (it was very interesting for me!) as long as I stayed at a safe distance and let me take photos as he dismantled the bumper.It is very clear that Igor not only loves his trade and likes a challenge, but he is a man of highest integrity. Sure he’d have liked to have my business and I would have liked that even more, but what he achieved in the end is proving that there are good-hearted, decent, hard-working individuals who prioritize character over profit….yes, even among car mechanics! And no, Igor didn’t pay me to write this. Rather, I left his shop indebted and this is the very least I could do for him.

Igor is a master craftsman, an artist. He came to my house when he said he would come, and worked wonders on two nasty dents on my car. He left my car good as new again and charged a lot less than it would have cost had I brought it to a body shop where it would have been sprayed. Whereas now my car remains original. I had a minor ding and had shopped around for the best price. Igor responded within 30 minutes of submitting my quote and gave me a better price than 5 other places I had checked. He was extremely professional the entire time and answered all of my questions. When he got here to do the repair, he explained everything in detail that he was going to be doing to my car. I called Painless Dent Removal shortly after some dirt bag left a dent on my car, they didn’t even leave me a note. Anyway, It’s a nice looking car and the dent made it look incredibly ugly. I got a quote pretty quickly and within days Igor came out and fixed it. The car looks amazing. 🤩 Igor did a fantastic job. He was very nice and reasonably priced. Igor of PCH Dent Repair is a true artist. I had my BMW X1 for only a few months, I bought it knowingly there was a tiny dent in the fender. No big deal. One day I came out from Home Depot, and someone had hit it again, much worse. That's when I had a melt down, and that's when I found PCH Dent Repair. I was skeptical anyone could do much about it, especially because it was on the fender crease. He fixed the dent, it is completely gone. The car looks brand new. He even fixed a few other dents he found, at no extra charge. I can not recommend Igor of PCH Dent Repair enough.

Great overall experience with the owner, Igor, of PCH Dent Repair. I called him at 10am, he asked for some pictures of the dent and sent me a very affordable estimate for the work with in minutes. I approved it on the spot and was at my residence at 12:30 the same day. He was polite, professional and very good at his trade!! Can’t even tell where the dent was, which was on a crease of the wheel well. He was cleaned up and gone within 30 minutes. I highly recommend PCH Dent Repair!!

I have an older Benz that had numerous dents including some fairly serious ones on the trunk. Igor spent several hours on it and when I saw the trunk and fenders, they were like new agin! He is my GoTo for dent removal for now on.
